Admission Procedure

Candidates are required to appear for JEE mains test to be eligible for appearing JEE Advanced test which is crucial for UG admissions and GATE/IIT JAM/ CAT test for PG admissions. After clearing the test, candidates are required to participate in Counseling by selecting the preference of College and courses at the official website.Candidates will be enrolled in the selected colleges based on their chosen preferences.

How to apply?

1. Also, register for entrance tests for eligibility like JEE Advanced exam, GATE , CAT , JEE mains. After clearing the test, go to respective counseling portals and appear for counseling for admission. Fill the personal details in the counseling portal.
2. Visit the official website of the college at https://www.iitm.ac.in/ and Start filling the online application form which is available on the official website of the college. Enter the personal details and professional details in the available form. Also, Make sure to provide all the required details and documents correctly.
3. After completing filling personal details , Submit your exam scores (JEE Advanced, JEE Mains, GATE , CAT) as a procedure of the admission process and for a successful admission in the college. Also, The provided scores will be used to confirm your eligibility and ranking for admission.
4. Based on the submitted scores of the exams, seats will be allocated by the respective counseling portals. The seat allocation process also considers the merit list and availability of seats.
5. Candidates who get successful admission will receive a provisional offer letter. Also, This letter indicates the sign of successful admission, moving to further processes.
6. Attend the physical counseling session as mentioned in the offer letter which is very mandatory. This step shows your interest and eligibility for the allocated seat.
7. Pay the enrollment fee and other fee by the mentioned date in the provisional admission offer letter. Completing the payment is very crucial to secure your admission in the college.

Complete the final registration process to officially join the institute. Also, Classes will commence as per the academic schedule provided by the college.

How to apply for JEE Advanced?

1. Go to JEE Advanced 2024 portal and click the register button
2. Enter the personal details like name, marks obtained in JEE mains, Category followed by selection of Exam City etc.
3. Submit the required documents like Photo, Signature etc.
4. Pay the registration fee of 3200 rupees for General Category and 1600 rupees for Reservation Category.
5. After successful payment, save the application form
6. Keep the application form for future needs.

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility Criteria for top courses of BTech, Dual degree, UG requires the candidates with a good merit in a 10+2 or equivalent exam recognized by related boards with relevant Subjects and a valid CUET(UG)/JEE mains score.

The eligibility criteria for top courses like MA, M.Sc, MBA for PG, it requires candidates passed graduates with good merit and a valid GATE/IIT JAM/CAT score.
