Lady Shri Ram College (LSR) is one of the constituent colleges of Delhi University. The year 1956 saw the establishment of Lady Shri Ram College. LSR is accredited by the NAAC with a A++ rating and is listed in the top 5 colleges nationally in the NIRF Rankings. It has also received recognition from the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) and approval from the UGC.

Undergraduate programs in BA, BA Honours, B. Sc. Honours, and B.Com. Honours are available at Lady Shri Ram College. LSR also provides diploma programs and a bachelor's degree in elementary education. The Common University Entrance Test is the basis for admissions at LSR (CUET).

Additionally, Lady Shri Ram College offers a range of amenities to its students, enhancing their educational experience overall. The college offers 300 seats in a hostel that may accommodate students for an average cost of INR 60,000. Scholarship benefits are also offered by the college to its students who excel academically or have unstable finances. Students must go through an interview process in order to receive this.

Lady Shri Ram College Admission 2024

CSAS(UG) will be used for admission to all UoD undergraduate programs for the Academic Session 2024–2025. Admissions will be granted based on the guidelines published on the University of Delhi's website, as well as the eligibility standards outlined in the UG BOI–2023. Using this portal, applicants will be admitted to all UoD undergraduate programs based on their performance on the Common University Entrance Test—Undergraduate (CUET (UG)).

Candidates applying for BFA will have to pay an additional fee of INR 400.00 (non-refundable).

For applying to ECA and Sports supernumerary quota, there is an additional fee of INR 100.00 (Rupees Hundred only) for each quota.

2. The online application process will be considered completed only after the realization of the CSAS(UG) Application fee

Scholarship

A large number of freeships as well as scholarships are awarded to students at LSR every year. Interviews are held to ensure that the money is disbursed to candidates genuinely in need of financial aid.

Students who meet certain criteria of academic merit are awarded scholarships. The scholarships given to students include the Ward Welfare scholarship, KPMG Scholarship, G.L. Bansal Scholarship, ELSA Scholarship, Shri Onkar Nath Pandit Scholarship and Shri Manohar Shyam Joshi Scholarship among several others. The remaining students are awarded freeships.

Infrastructure

1. Library: LSR offers top-notch resources to students at the library. The library has all computerized resources. The selection of books is good. The library has a collection of more than one lac volumes, with some of the works published by LSR faculty members. The library has 150 national and international journal subscriptions. The University of Delhi library now has one of the greatest and largest selections thanks to LSR. The library also has a Web Junction.
2. Counseling Cell: Lady Shri Ram College has a section dedicated to career counseling as well as personal counseling. A licensed counselor who has been employed by LSR College visits the campus once a week to provide psychological and emotional support to students is in charge of the personal counseling cell. Regarding the course to take, departmental teachers offer career counseling during the admissions process.
3. Sports: LSR has excellent facilities for sports. Athletics, archery, badminton, basketball, chess, air pistol and rifle shooting, swimming, volleyball, squash, judo, lawn tennis, table tennis, artistic and rhythmic gymnastics, golf, and equestrian are just a few of the many sports offered at the campus. LSR takes part in a range of national and international sporting events.
