  • Keep It Structured: Use paragraphs for different aspects — this makes it easier to read.
  • Proofread: Check spelling and grammar before submitting.
  • Meet Minimum Word Count: To make your review useful.

Don'ts

  • Don't Plagiarize: Do not copy content from other sources — it will be rejected.
  • Don't Use Offensive Language: Avoid abusive, disrespectful, or discriminatory remarks.
  • Don't Include Unverified Claims: Share only facts you know are true.
  • Don't Promote Anything: Avoid promotional links, ads, or references to other colleges.
  • Don't Submit Multiple Reviews: Don't post duplicate reviews for the same experience.
  • Don't Share Confidential Information: Respect college rules and privacy policies.

KollegeApply College Review Policy

This policy outlines the terms for any individual (“Reviewer”; collectively, “Reviewers”) submitting college reviews through the official review submission page onkollegeapply.com. KollegeApply is operated by Indo Internet Pvt Ltd. By submitting a review, each Reviewer agrees to abide by this policy and the general Terms & Conditions published on our website.

 

Earn Rewards for Your Review

 

KollegeApply encourages students and alumni to share genuine feedback to help future applicants make informed decisions. As part of this initiative, Reviewers are eligible to receive INR [Amount] for each valid, approved review submitted.

 

Eligibility & Participation

  • Reviews must be original, honest, and based on your personal experience with the institution.
  • There is no cap on the number of reviews a Reviewer may submit; however, reward payouts are limited to a maximum of two approved reviews per person.
  • To qualify for the reward, Reviewers must use the same email address, mobile number, and UPI ID for all submissions.
  • KollegeApply reserves the right to verify the details submitted to ensure authenticity and prevent misuse.

 

Submission Standards

When writing a review:

  • Use respectful, appropriate language.
  • Avoid false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful content.
  • Do not plagiarize — copied reviews will be rejected.
  • Submissions found violating these standards may be rejected without prior notice, and KollegeApply’s decision will be final.

Payment Terms

  • Valid reviews approved by KollegeApply will be rewarded at the specified rate per review.
  • Payments will be processed to the Reviewer’s verified UPI ID within [X working days] of the review being approved and published.
  • A maximum of two rewards per Reviewer will be issued under this program.KollegeApply retains the right to withhold payment if a review is found to contain false or unverifiable information.

 

Usage Rights & Responsibilities

  • By submitting a review, the Reviewer grants KollegeApply a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, modify, publish, and share the content, in whole or part, across its platforms and channels.
  • The Reviewer remains responsible for the accuracy and originality of the submitted content.
  • Reviewers agree to indemnify KollegeApply against any claims arising from the content of their review(s), including but not limited to infringement of third-party rights.

Amendments & Jurisdiction

  • KollegeApply may update or modify these guidelines and reward conditions at its discretion and without prior notice.
  • All matters related to this policy are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/Location].
