The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka is going to close its COMEDK UGET 2025 Document Verification today, i.e., July 12, 2025. The candidate will be able to see their document verification status through the official website, www.comedk.org. As per the official notification, the COMEDK UGET choice filling will start after July 12, 2025. The COMEDK Round 1 Counselling registration has started on July 9, 2025.

Candidates who uploaded their documents for the COMEDK 2025 Document Verification can check the status by following the steps given below:
- The candidate must visit the official website, www.comedk.org.
- Then, candidates are required to enter their login credentials.
- After that, click on ‘Document Upload’.
- The status of their document upload will be visible on the screen.
COMEDK 2025 Counselling: Document Required
The COMEDK 2025 Counselling is undergoing document verification. Here is the list of documents that are being checked by the authority:
- Valid ID Proof (Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Driving License, etc.)
- Date of Birth Proof
- Class 10th and 12th or equivalent exam Marksheet
- Hall Ticket or Admit Card of 12th or equivalent exam
- COMEDK Admit Card
- Karnataka Domicile Certificate (if applicable)
- Category Certificate (if applicable)
- VTU Eligibility Criteria
- OCI/PIO Documents Issued
- Any other additional documents, if the candidate’s age is less than 17 years.
The COMEDK 2025 Documents Verification Status
After the document verification, the status of the document verification will be displayed on the portal. The candidate can check the status by following the steps mentioned in the above section. The type of status which will be displayed on the portal is as follows:
- Document Submitted: The candidates have submitted the documents, and only verification is left.
- Document Unsubmitted: The candidate has not uploaded the document.
- Document Approved: The documents which are uploaded by the candidate have been approved by the authority.
- Document Rejected: The documents which are uploaded are rejected. Hence, the candidates are not eligible for further rounds.
- Document Under Review: The documents uploaded are being reviewed.
Note: The candidate with approved status will be eligible for further rounds.
