The CUET UG 2025 exam saw wide participation with 13.54 lakh students registered and over 10.71 lakh students appearing. According to the CUET UG 2025 result data, 2,679 students scored a perfect 100 percentile in one subject, while 150 students achieved it in two subjects, 17 in three subjects, and one student in four subjects. The highest NTA score was 1225.93, and the top 20 scorers all had scores above 1176.
In terms of participation, the General category had 6.08 lakh registrations, followed by OBC-NCL with 4.44 lakh. Gender-wise, 5.47 lakh male and 5.23 lakh female candidates appeared, along with three from the third gender.
Subjects like Psychology, Geography, Business Studies, and Political Science recorded the highest NTA scores of 250, showcasing student excellence in both academic and language domains.
Top 20 candidates by NTA scores
The CUET UG 2025 results highlighted the top 20 candidates with the highest overall NTA scores. The highest scorer secured 1225.93, while the 20th rank holder scored 1176. These top performers showed consistent excellence across five subjects, reflecting strong preparation and academic capability in this national-level entrance exam.

CUET 2025: Category-wise Participation
The CUET UG 2025 exam saw wide participation across various categories. Out of 13.54 lakh registered candidates, the General category had the highest registrations at over 6 lakh, followed by OBC-NCL with 4.44 lakh. More than 1.14 lakh SC and 62,000 ST candidates also appeared, reflecting diverse representation in the exam.
CUET 2025: Gender-wise Participation
CUET UG 2025 had nearly equal participation from male and female candidates. Out of 13.54 lakh registered students, over 7.06 lakh were male and 6.47 lakh were female. Around 5.47 lakh male and 5.23 lakh female candidates appeared for the exam. Additionally, three students from the third gender also appeared.

In CUET UG 2024, thousands of students scored a perfect 100 percentile across various subjects, showing strong academic performance.
