The Delhi High Court on April 9, 2025, reserved its order on petitions challenging errors in the CLAT UG 2025 questionnaire. The petitions were filed by students who appeared in the December 2024 exam, alleging mistakes in the test. The court heard arguments from the petitioners' lawyers and the Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLUs).
The court also set April 21 for hearing-related pleas against questions in the CLAT PG 2025 exam. Earlier, the Supreme Court transferred all petitions concerning CLAT errors to the Delhi High Court for consistent handling. In December 2024, the Delhi High Court ruled that two questions in the UG exam were wrong, leading the consortium to revise the results.
