Nagaland NEET Counselling Update
Following the Madhya Pradesh High Court's order to conduct a re-examination for 75 students who experienced disruptions on exam day, the NEET UG Counselling process across several states is expected to be delayed by 2–3 weeks.Students in the meantime are advised to prepare required documents in advance and regularly visit the official DTE Nagaland website for notifications and announcements.

As of 2025, Nagaland Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (NIMSR), Kohima, is the only government medical college in the state offering MBBS seats. In addition to these, there are a few nominated seats in other North-East colleges (such as RIMS, Imphal or AGMC) available for Nagaland-domiciled candidates through separate application processes managed by the DTE or Department of Health & Family Welfare.

Step 1: Online Registration
- Candidates must visit the official portal: dtenagaland.org.in.
- Enter NEET Roll No., DOB, Email ID, and Phone Number.
- Pay counselling fee:
- ₹500 for NST and reserved categories
- ₹700 for General category
Step 2: Document Upload
Scanned copies of the following documents must be uploaded:
