The application process for all courses at CIHM is conducted through a simple five-step procedure. Steps to Apply:

1. Check your eligibility: Ensure you meet the minimum requirements for your chosen program. Minimum 50% marks or above in Higher Secondary or equivalent examination with English as a compulsory subject are preferred. Students awaiting results may be given provisional admission.

3. Enquire at the admission help-desk: Obtain, fill, and submit the enquiry form at the CIHM campus or submit queries online through the website. 
4. Documentation: After obtaining all required information, fill and submit the admission form with a sum of Rs.800 directly at the campus. Payment can be made directly at the campus (cash/cheque) or via DD drawn at CIHM and payable at Kolkata, or online via GPAY/NEFT/IMPS/RTGS.
5. Registration & Admission: Selected candidates will be notified about their registration date and time via email and/or phone call. Pay the registration fee and collect the registration letter from the campus.

• One passport size photograph with Self-attested copy of birth certificate
