In master's degrees science, technology, commerce, and the humanities are offered, as well as doctorates in four distinct scientific fields. Furthermore, diploma and postgraduate diploma programs in various fields of practical significance are offered by the college. Candidates for admission to undergraduate programs must have completed their 10+2 in pertinent courses from any accredited Board. Candidates for any of these courses are chosen solely on the basis of their qualifications and the number of seats available. Candidates for the M.Com. program must have a bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Commerce with 50% or 45% of the possible points, or a graduate degree in Commerce (general or honours). Candidates must hold a BCA, BE, B.Tech, or B.Sc. (Hons.) in Computer Science or Home Science with Mathematics/Computing to get admission into the M.Sc. (IT) program. Only merit is used to choose the candidates for these two courses. Candidates must have a graduate degree in Arts, Commerce, or Science with at least 40% of the possible points to be eligible for MA. Academic merit and the results of the written and oral aptitude tests administered by the relevant university department determine the selection criteria. For an M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Zoology, or Mathematics, a graduate degree with honours or general with at least 50% in a related discipline is required.
