The admission to B.A. / B.Com. semester-I will be made online exclusively through the website and will be made directly by the admission committee of the programs at the DDE and its learner support centers.
The University of Jammu distance education does not provide any kind of scholarships. Instead, it forwards the scholarship application of the students to the scholarship giving agencies.

The Directorate has adequate infrastructure for Personal Contact Programmes and Counseling Sessions, a well stocked library with a collection of about 37,000 books, magazines and periodicals.
