National Insurance Academy, established in 1980, is a government institute in Pune, Maharashtra. The institute is AICTE-approved and affiliated with international entities such as CPCU (USA), CII (London), and the Canadian Institute of Insurance.
National Insurance Academy provides PGDM programs in management with an emphasis on insurance, pensions, and related fields. The Association of Indian Universities recognises the curriculum as comparable to an MBA.
To be admitted to the PGDM program, a candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50%.
