TGPCET Important Dates

TGPCET UG Admission 2025

Applications are now being accepted for undergraduate programs of the 2025 session by the TGPCET. The college provides B.Tech degrees in fields such as computer science, mechanical, civil, electrical, etc. The admission is based on entrance exams and then Centralized counseling is done by the DTE, Maharashtra. Candidates must ensure they fulfill all the eligibility requirements.

Undergraduate Admission Process

• Applicants should have 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and one of the relevant subjects with a minimum of 45% (40% for reserved categories).
• TGPCET scores are considered with the help of Centralized Counseling of DTE Maharashtra based on JEE Main and MHT CET scores. 

Direct Second-Year B.Tech (Lateral Entry)

• Candidates aspiring for admission in the second year of B. Tech are eligible if they have a diploma in (Engineering) and Technology of 3 years duration or equivalent from a recognized Board with at least 45% marks and 40% for reserved category in Maharashtra; or B.Sc. degree, with mathematics as a subject with at least 45% marks. 
• The admission is taken on a merit basis and the candidates apply through the centralized counseling process of DTE Maharashtra.

TGPCET PG Admission 2025

TGPCET, Nagpur, invites applications for its P.G. programs for admission in the academic year 2025. M.Tech, MBA, and MCA are the offered programs by the college based on relevant entrance examinations. Candidates can proceed to apply online on the official website. Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria and apply through the official TGPCET website. Postgraduate Programs Admission Process

• M.Tech: One should have a B.Tech degree in the relevant field with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved category in Maharashtra). GATE scores are the basis for admission.
• MBA: A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% (45% in case of reserved categories in Maharashtra) marks is essential for an MBA. The admission is based on scores of CAT, MAT, CMAT, ATMA and MAH MBA CET. 
• MCA: Candidates should have passed (Bachelor’s degree with Mathematics at the 10+2 level or graduation level) with a minimum of 50% (45% for reserved categories in Maharashtra). The admission is based on the scores of MAH MCA CET. 

Admission through Management Quota

TGPCET offers management quota admissions for students not selected through centralized counseling. Eligible candidates can apply directly, meeting the minimum academic criteria. The process includes document submission, a personal interview, and counseling. Applicants must follow TGPCET’s specific guidelines and deadlines for successful admission under the management quota.
