Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU)offers full-time undergraduate and postgraduate courses viz. B.Voc, B.Tech and M.Tech dual degree, M.Tech and MCA. Candidates are required to appear for IPUCET examination for admission to B.Voc, JEE Main for B.Tech + M.Tech dual degree, NIMCET for MCA, and GATE for M.Tech.
The process of application is online for all the programs. Candidates can apply online through GGSIPU official website. For B.Tech admission, the candidate should have passed in 10+2 in science stream with at least 55% aggregate marks and appeared for JEE Main.
The minimum eligibility for M.Tech is that the candidate should possess BE/B.Tech in the relevant field of engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks and should have a valid GATE score. For MCA, the candidates should be passed in bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate marks and valid scores in NIMCET.

USICT UG Admission 2025
The college offers bachelor in vocational courses and the admission is based on the counselling conducted by Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. The College offers weekend and regular M.Tech admission in multiple specializations and the candidates are shortlisted on the basis merit in qualifying and GATE/CET examination. The minimum eligibility criteria to apply for this course is that the candidate should have passed BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering or master’s degree in science and possess a valid GATE/CET score.
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is conducted by IIT every year for admission to M.Tech and PhD courses. The process of application is online and the minimum eligibility to apply for the exam is that the candidate should have passed in bachelor’s degree. There is no age limit to appear for this exam.

USICT Application Process 2025
The process of application is online for all the courses. Candidates can obtain the application form available at the university’s official website.
- Candidates have to register online to appear for CET via the university's official website. The application form along with the common entrance test fee of INR 1000 has to be submitted online.
- The payment can be made through net banking, debit card or credit card or by cash in any branch of Indian Bank.
