The highest package offered reached INR 53.53 LPA, while the average package was INR 27.07 LPA, reflecting the high demand for XLRI graduates in the job market. A total of 117 recruiters, including top names from consulting, finance, marketing, operations, and product management sectors, participated in the placement drive.
This year’s placement session saw a wide variety of job offers from top companies, including Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, Amazon, and Tata Administrative Services (TAS). Students were assigned to leadership positions, niche domains, and high-growth sectors. These outcomes highlight XLRI’s focus on industry-oriented education, strong alumni network, and excellent corporate relations.
The 2023-24 batch received an overwhelming number of job roles from top leading companies and organisations. The job roles offered to students during the 2023-24 XLRI Placement Drive included Chief Manager, Assistant Vice President, Senior Manager (Digital Marketing), Business Consultant, Managing Partner, Senior Product Manager, and many more.
