The admission process for AIIMS Raipur is based on the entrance exam. Students have to appear for NEET and clear their examinations with good scores to be admitted to AIIMS Raipur.

  • Students have to first qualify for their 12th standard with at least 60% of the scoring.
  • And then qualify for the NEET examination with a good score.
  • The admission process for AIIMS Raipur is merit-based.
  • There are some reservation policies according to the government.

Method for selection in AIIMS Raipur is completely based on how a candidate performed during the entrance. If more than one candidate obtains the same marks during the entrance exam then the decision will be based on the number of attempts the particular candidate took to qualify for the exam. And if the number of attempts also goes the same then the decision will be based on the seniority, the senior candidate will replace the junior candidate.

Selected students have to report to the institute and complete all the formalities.

Deadlines

According to the latest updates, the deadlines for admission to AIIMS Raipur are as follows:

  • NEET UG Counselling Round 3: The last date for applying to the MBBS course is October 8, 2024. The seat allotments will be released on October 11, 2024.
  • INI CET 2025 Jan Session: The last date for applying for the MD/MS/MDS/DM and MCh courses for basic and final registrations. This exam is going to be held on November 10, 2024.
  • AIIMS BSc Nursing 2025: The date of the exam is scheduled to be on June 1, 2025.
  • AIIMS BSc Nursing 2025: The date of the exam is scheduled to be on June 21, 2025.

UG Admission

All the necessary and latest updates regarding UG Admission 2024 are as follows:

  • The counselling session for NEET UG 2024 round 3 has started for courses MBBS, BDS, and BSc. The last date to apply for the same is October 8, 2024. The seats will be allotted to the students on October 11, 2024.
  • During the first round of counselling, candidates are supposed to perform the following activities.
  1. Verification and submission of original documents
  2. Medical examination
  3. Admission/Academic Fee Submission
  • Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Candidates should be born before 1st January 2008.
  2. Candidates should have passed their 12th standard with physics, chemistry, and biology.
  3. Minimum percentage criteria:
  • General, OBC, EWS Candidates: 60%
  • SC/ST Candidates: 50%
  • PwBD Candidates: 45%
  • Documents needed:

  1. Provisional seat allotment letter issued by MCC
  2. NEET score card
  3. 10th & 12th mark-sheet.
  4. Date Of Birth Certificate
  5. NEET Admit Card
  6. Class 12th migration certificate
  7. Five passport-size photographs
  8. Identity proof (Aadhar Card, PAN Card)

PG Admission

The admission process for PG admission is online and can be done through the official website itself. Candidates have to qualify INI-CET PG exam to be admitted to AIIMS Raipur. After the exam if a candidate scores more than the cut off then their counselling will start. Candidates need to register themselves for the counselling by choosing their respective courses. Final admission is done after the verification process of candidates with their documents.

There are 21 speciality PG courses in AIIMS Raipur. Seats in PG courses in Raipur are 125. To get admission candidates must have completed their 12 month internship at a recognized hospital.

MBBS Admission

All the required information regarding MBBS Admission is as follows:

  • Firstly candidates are supposed to perform the following activities.
