Selection Process
Upon application submission, the Office of Admissions conducts a thorough technical eligibility review, ensuring all requirements are met within approximately four weeks after the admission deadline. Following the technical review, complete applications proceed to the Undergraduate Admissions Committee (UAC) for a holistic assessment.
The UAC dedicates ample tÑ–me to reviewing each application, acknowledging the effort applicants invest in the process. While academic records and entrance exam scores hold significance, they aren't the sole determinants. The committee considers extracurricular activities, volunteer experiences, leadership roles, essays, and interview outcomes if applicable. Decisions are communicated by the Office of Admissions electronically, typically within 10 weeks of the application deadline.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR APPLICANTS PRIOR TO MILITARY SERVICE
Individuals who are expecting to serve in the military shortly after submitting their application can anticipate flexibility in scheduling their interviews. If the one may be called for mandatory military service in the months following your application, you can inform us by sending a notification to ugrad@aua. am. We understand your situation and will do our best to accommodate your schedule for the interview process.

Documents Required
- High School Diploma: Students are eligible to apply with a recognized high school diploma.
- IB Diploma: International Baccalaureate diploma holders meet the qualification criteria.
- AB Diploma: Holders of an AB diploma are considered eligible for admission.
- GCSEs: Passing 8 subjects with grades of C or higher in the General Certificate of Secondary Education is accepted.
- A-levels: Those with 3 A-level exams and a result of C or higher are eligible to apply.
- GED (General Educational Development): Applicants with an overall score of 660, with a minimum of 145 on each section, meet the requirements.
- Transfer Applicants: Students aiming to transfer from other institutions are welcome, and specific criteria may apply.
