GGSIU- EWS Scholarship

The EWS Scholarship offered by GGSIPU is specifically designed for students hailing from the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) of society. A special committee assesses the financial needs of each student based on factors such as societal livelihood patterns, the number of dependent family members, health status of family members, academic merit of applicants, and other parameters. The scholarship provides a grant of up to INR 50,000. In exceptional cases, the committee may increase the amount awarded.

GGSIU- Entrepreneurship Development Programme

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University encourages entrepreneurial activities among its students by offering a grant of INR 5,000 per month through the Entrepreneurship Development Programme. The beneficiaries of this scheme are encouraged to use the grant for participating in entrepreneurship-related workshops, seminars, hackathons, etc. They can also use the funds to assist other students in fundraising activities or enroll in entrepreneurship-related courses provided by recognized educational platforms.

GGSIU- Hana Scholarship

The Hana Scholarship, a collaborative effort between GGSIPU and the Hana Nanum Foundation, supports financially deprived students, differently abled students, children of differently abled parents, and high-achieving students. A total of 23 students from five colleges of GGSIPU, including the main campus, have benefited from this scholarship. The scholarship duration is one year and may be renewed if the student continues to meet the eligibility criteria.

GGSIU- Merit-cum-Means Scholarship

GGSIPU students can also avail the Merit-cum-Means Linked Financial Assistance Scheme initiated by the Government of NCT of Delhi. This scheme is open to students enrolled in Undergraduate courses at any of Delhi State Public Universities or their affiliated colleges/institutes.

GGSIU- DLF Scholarship

GGSIPU, in partnership with the DLF Foundation, offers the DLF Raghvendra Scholarship Programme. Under this scheme, IPU nominates four students annually for the DLF Raghvendra Scholarship. The DLF Foundation pays an amount of INR 40,000 per student each year based on the actual fees and hostel charges payable to GGSIPU. To maintain the scholarship, students must demonstrate good academic performance in subsequent years. If a student fails to maintain a satisfactory academic record, the DLF Foundation reserves the right to discontinue the scholarship and pass it on to another deserving student in the same class.
