ICFAI Business School (IBS) Ahmedabad offers a two-year full-time Postgraduate Programme in Management (PGPM). The course enables students to develop good management and leadership skills. The course fee is INR 9.09 lakhs. The requirement is a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks and a total of 15 years of education (10+2+3 or 10+2+4). Students appearing in the final year are also eligible if they complete their graduation by May 31, 2026. Applicants who have studied in languages other than English are required to submit valid scores on the TOEFL, NELT, or IELTS. Candidates are selected based on scores of IBSAT, CAT, GMAT, NMAT, or XAT, a Micro Presentation, and a Personal Interview. Applicants should apply online through the IBS website and submit an application fee of INR 1,800. The required documents are the marksheets of Class 10 and 12, the graduation marksheet, the degree certificate, identity proof, photographs, and TOEFL/NELT/IELTS scores (if applicable), as well as work experience certificates (if applicable).

The IBSAT 2025 application form was released on July 1, 2025, for admission to MBA/PGPM programs for the 2026–28 batch. ICFAI Business School (IBS) has made the application available in both online and offline modes. The last date to apply is the third week of December 2025. The IBSAT 2025 exam will be conducted on 27 and 28 December, 2025.

IBS Ahmedabad offers a two-year Postgraduate Programme in Management (PGPM). A candidate should have passed graduation from any discipline with at least 50% marks to pursue the PGPM course. He/she should have studied in English. At least 15 years of study (10+2+3 or 10+2+4) is required. Final-year students are also eligible, provided they complete their graduation on or before May 31, 2026. Candidates who have not studied English should submit a valid TOEFL, NELT, or IELTS score on or before May 31, 2026. The entire fee of the PGPM course provided at IBS Ahmedabad is INR 9,09,000.

Candidates can apply for IBSAT 2025 through the IBS website by completing the online registration with their personal and academic information. The application fee is INR 1,800, payable online or offline. Once payment is made, candidates will receive an IBSAT bulletin by email and post.

• Online Mode: The application form is available on the official IBSAT website.
• Offline Mode: Candidates can obtain the application form by purchasing it from designated IBS Marketing Branches.

While filling the form, applicants must enter:

Applicants must also upload a passport-sized photograph and a signature in the specified format.

Offline Mode

• Candidates can pay the fee directly at any IBS centre while purchasing the application form.

Note:

• The application fee is non-refundable, except in cases of exceptional circumstances.
• However, candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria (i.e., a minimum of 50% marks in graduation) may request a refund of 75% of the first instalment of the program fee, if it has already been paid.
