The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition is an autonomous institute established in 2019 under the Department of Tourism, Art, Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs, Government. Of Jharkhand. IHM Ranchi has been set up with the joint assistance from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and the Government of Jharkhand to provide quality education and develop skilled personnel for the Hospitality Industry. IHM Ranchi is Jharkhand's first and only hotel management institute affiliated with the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), Ministry of Tourism, and the Government. IHM Ranchi is set in the backdrop of a picturesque town in Brambe, Jharkhand. The campus spreads over 10 acres with a total built-up area of around 20,000 square metres. • Hostels: The college offers separate hostels for girls, boys, and faculty. There are 20 rooms for girls and faculty and 133 rooms in the boys' hostel. All the hostel rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with all the required amenities.
