The freeships are awarded based on a combined merit list prepared at the time of admission, which includes all rounds of GD-PI.

IIHMR University – Financial Assistance Scholarships
IIHMR University also provides financial aid to merit holders and needy students. This scholarship, equivalent to 30% of the second year's tuition fee, is granted on a need-cum-merit basis. The university also provides PD Agarwal fellowships, each amounting to INR 1,00,000, to deserving Ph.D. scholars and second-year students of other academic courses who not only exhibit excellent academic achievements but also contribute to the common good.
While the scholarships and freeships offer a significant boost to deserving students, they are not guaranteed to all eligible candidates. They are awarded based on overall profile, score obtained in the selection process, and at the sole discretion of the Admission & Scholarship Committee. The academic department of the University reserves the right to add, withdraw or modify any of the criteria, amount, and count for all scholarship details at any time.
