Founded in 1966, the Indian Institute of Remote Sensing (IIRS), Dehradun, is a flagship institute of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO), Department of Space, Government of India. It is affiliated with Andhra University and is AICTE-approved. IIRS offers postgraduate programs such as M.Tech, M.Sc, PG Diploma, and short-term certificate courses.
