IIT Delhi Placements: Placement process, Top recruiter, Alumni

IIT Delhi’s placement season for 2024-25 has been very successful so far. Over 1200 job offers were made, including pre-placement offers (PPOs), and 1150 students have already been placed. The season has attracted a lot of international attention, with more than 50 international job offers from companies in countries like Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and South Korea. Some top companies that have hired IIT Delhi students this year include Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, Texas Instruments, and Air India.
A total of 370+ companies from different industries have signed up to offer jobs, with over 700 job profiles available. This year, the number of job offers is 20% higher than last year, showing an improvement in the placement season. While the highest salary package for 2024 hasn’t been revealed yet, many students received over Rs 1 crore per year during the 2023 placement season. The placement process is smooth, thanks to the efforts of IIT Delhi’s Office of Career Services, which works closely with industry partners to help students find the best job opportunities.
