The gap between the institute and the corporate world is filled by the IPEM placement Cell facilitating final placements and internships. IPEM attracts recruiters from diverse sectors, providing job opportunities for its students and deserving candidates through job fairs.
The training program at IPEM is designed to go beyond the stereotypical curriculum to get our students in- line with industry expectations. A very rigorous training programme is instituted by industry experts who advise, train and mentor the students to achieve their goals.
Students are put through a series of workshops, guest lectures, seminars and simulation exercises to become ready for the ever changing corporate landscape.
There is a special placement Cell which organizes placement selection for various companies, organizations and institutes and provides guidance to the students for different competitive exams. The experts in the team also train the students in communication skills, group discussion as well as interviews for their placements.
