ISHT Kolkata UG Admission

ISHT undergraduate programs include a BBA (with majors in Hospitality Management and Digital Marketing), a BA in International Hospitality and Tourism Management, a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Hospitality and Hotel Administration, and a BHM. These are three-year courses that accept a valid 10+2 qualification. Postgraduate level by way of theory, practice, projects and externships to help them develop the required knowledge and skills to embark on a career in a provider position, such as hotel management, travel, and event management.

ISHT Kolkata PG Admission

ISHT Kolkata’s postgraduate courses include an MBA and an MHM in Hospitality and Hotel Management, which last for two years and accept graduates from any field of study. These programs extend the themes of management in a hotel context and explore hospitality industry dynamics, allowing students to develop their competencies and become knowledgeable leaders in a destination context. 

ISHT Kolkata Diploma Admission

ISHT Kolkata’s diploma courses in Food and Beverage Management, Food Production, Hotel Operation, and Front Office Management, which are designed for 10th pass students who want to acquire practical skills to get employed in entry-level positions in hospitality.

ISHT Kolkata Admission Process

At the International School of Hospitality and Tourism, Kolkata (ISHT Kolkata), the admission process is straightforward and offline. Candidates complete all admission formalities in person. Admission is based on merit, determined by the marks obtained in the qualifying examination—no entrance test required. Candidates come to campus, receive the application form, submit the necessary documents, and complete the admission procedure in person. Step-by-Step Process

Campus Visit

The candidate visits the ISHT Kolkata campus in person to start the first step in the admission process.

Collecting the Application Form

The candidate collects the physical application form from the admission office on the campus.

Application Form

The candidate takes care to fill in all the details on the application form, including personal information, previous education and course preferences. 

Attaching Required Documents

The candidate will collect and attach Xerox copies of all the required documents:

• Mark sheets and certificates of Class 10 and 12 ( and graduation certificate in case of post-graduation course)
• Passport-size photos
• Aadhar card or other valid ID proof
• Caste certificate (in case applicable)

Application Form Submission

The candidate submits the completed Application Form and required documents to the admission office..

Application Review

The admission team reviews the candidate's application and verifies the submitted documentation.

Counseling Session

The candidate must participate in a counselling session, but it is not compulsory. They may only need to address queries and receive guidance on the course from faculty or admission counsellors.

Payment of Admission Fees

If the application has been accepted, the candidate then pays the required admission fee on campus to confirm the seat.
