Step 1 | Orientation | The orientations for the placements are aimed at informing the students about the vital details regarding the placement process, guidelines, listing of major recruiters, and past placement statistics. The session is to be facilitated by the Director of the placements or the Chief placement officer, together with the Dean, the Director, and the members of the faculty. |

Step 2 | Capture | The placement team collects detailed information from all students to help with the recruitment process. They use a special format to gather this data, making sure it meets the needs of the companies hiring students. |
Step 3 | Student Mapping | The placement team talks to students to understand their interests and skills. They then match these students with suitable job opportunities and invite recruiters based on this match. |
Step 4 | Placement Training | All students applying for campus placements must complete the Campus Recruitment Leadership Training Program, organized with the Institute of Skills (IOS). This training includes practice in aptitude tests, group discussions, and mock interviews, as well as guest lectures, workshops, and interactions with alumni. |
Step 5 | Recruitment Process | The recruitment process can be adjusted based on the recruiter's needs. If there are fewer applications for a job, the company may choose to hold the recruitment process at their own campus or another location that suits them. |
Step 6 | Final Selection | After the recruitment process is complete, companies need to provide a final list of selected students. Once the recruiters confirm this list, the successful students will be notified. |
Step 7 | Celebrations | Whenever Jain University hits a milestone in the number of successful placements, the university celebrates these achievements with both the faculty and classmates. |
