Our college's Placement Cell and Training Center were founded in 1988. Ever since, the cell has been offering comprehensive campus recruiting and training programs. JMC Tiruchirappalli boasts a dedicated staff of technical and soft skill trainers with extensive training backgrounds for training and placement. By closing the skill gap between corporate expectations and students' skill sets-such as aptitude, communication, personality development, employability skills, etc.-they train students to increase their employability skills.
For many years, the college has made a consistent effort to keep up a strong placement rate. It has a dedicated placement cell that arranges all student recruitment and training programs and gives students possibilities. Five to ten percent of all students are placed each year, and this number is rising each year. The JMC Tiruchirappalli Global Alumni Job Portal was created in January 2021 as a result of an initiative by our esteemed alumni. It assists our students at Jamal Mohamed College in connecting with global employers, finding and applying for positions that suit them.
Job seekers from JMC Tiruchirappalli can register their profile online with the help of the Portal. Employers can register on the portal and publish job openings there as well. Both the companies and our Jamalians gain from this as proficient HR personnel may be hired and assigned to appropriate positions based on their skill set.
Students receive training in batches within the academic schedule. The invaluable insights acquired aid students in honing their managerial, organizational, and technical skills.
The goal is to improve the student's knowledge and abilities in accordance with organizational requirements and contemporary industry standards. Strives to place as many students as possible through both on-campus and off-campus interviews, taking into account their skill set.
In order to close the skill gap between students' skill set and corporate expectations, the placement policy lays forth the rules for training the students and enhancing their employable abilities.
The intended students must register with the Employment Cell and Training Center in order to be eligible to take part in college-organized campus drives.
The One Student, One Job Opportunity approach is emphasized by the Employment Cell and Training Center in order to guarantee that all deserving students can obtain at least one campus placement opportunity. Based on the students' competence and willingness, the department placement officer and the head of the placement cell and training center will collaborate to determine the job options for the students.
Note: This may be waived in extraordinary circumstances depending on the departmental placement officers' advice.
Registered students will get notifications from the Placement Cell and Training Center regarding campus interviews that have been scheduled inside the college. For a student to take part in interviews conducted on campus through the Placement Cell and Training Center. He or she will need to indicate that they are willing to engage in the process.
Through the placement portal, he or she must formally apply for the job. A student will not be allowed to participate in such activities for the remainder of the academic year if they fail to show up for the interview after registering in this way
For the benefit of enrolled, qualified students, training sessions and seminars will be organized by the Placement Cell and Training Center. For such students, attending the training sessions is required.
Pre-placement advice regarding a business / Organization will be provided in order to improve the students' performance. The student may opt out of the interview process if, following the Pre-Placement guidelines, they are unhappy with the company's profile or offer. However, no student will be able to drop out of the hiring process after passing the written portion of the procedure.
The Placement Cell and Training Center will organize the full campus interview procedure at no cost to the students, and there won't be a registration charge.
The Communication Training Center provides flexible study options for communication classes. Assessments and interactive sessions enable students to progress consistently in our highly inventive and unique blend of entertaining Communication course material. A good method that adheres to best practices is offered by the communication training center for studying and using English communication.
Interaction Learning English has several characteristics that are quite similar to how native speakers acquire their mother tongue. We assess the problems that the students are facing, their ability to overcome them, and create a strategy to improve their skills in the most effortless way possible. In contrast to other topics, mind mapping techniques and regular, continuous practice are key components of Communication learning.
We use an integrated training approach, use a unique approach outside of the classroom, and design our sessions such that they are lively, engaging, and participatory. We encourage students to participate in debates and presentations, and we involve them in hands-on learning experiences. We inspire, not simply train. We understand that learning English is not like learning other subjects.
In order to help students learn skills more quickly, we give them the opportunity to practice extra during interactive, frequent feedback sessions from our trainer.
We all know that studying a language is just as vital as learning any other topic since, in today's cutthroat society, having exceptional technical skills is not as valuable as being able to explain oneself and present oneself correctly. Our goal for training is to prepare our pupils to speak English not just as learners but as professionals.
Many times, our students are bewildered and unable to say. The secret to success is speaking at the right moment with the right words, eradicating their fear of speaking, and breaking the ice so they feel comfortable opening their mouths.
In JMC Tiruchirappalli Language use should come naturally and instinctively. We support careless speech that overcomes any hesitancy brought on by inexperience. We help Students overcome Students fear of making mistakes when Students talk.
Since conscious language learning is ineffective, we mostly rely on using contemporary brain infusion techniques to instill language into the brain. Our techniques are creative brainstorming sessions, casual chatting, small conversation, storytelling, thoughtless speech, joke sessions, socializing, and group discussions focused on critical thinking, among other things.
By all accounts, the best method to learn a language is to listen. We spend a portion of the lessons having Students listen to the material, understand it, and provide an assessment. Tests in our courses let Students determine Students level of proficiency.
The majority of professional positions demand proficient English. Consider how striking excellent level in English will appear on a student's resume.
International trade is becoming a bigger factor in business and commerce, therefore if Students want to advance in Students career, Students must be able to keep up with this trend.
Modern companies require technical abilities, and if Students of JMC Tiruchirappalli want to stay technically competent, Students must be able to read and write in technical English.
