At the Poornima Group, we offer a range of scholarships to students across various branches of Engineering, including Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Civil, and Mechanical. These scholarships are subject to availability and are based on a set of criteria. Specifically, students must have a minimum of 50% or above marks in their 12th standard examinations (considering the best five subjects) to qualify. The scholarships aim to lighten the financial burden of tuition and development fees by up to 50%, in addition to the Accreditation Fee.
PCE - Scholarship Continuation Rules
Continuing a scholarship into subsequent academic years is contingent upon students maintaining a certain level of academic performance. Specifically, students must maintain a certain CGPA percentage in both of their semester RTU theory paper examinations. Note that any student with a backlog will not be eligible to continue receiving the scholarship. It's also important to note that the fee could potentially increase in upcoming sessions, according to RTU/AICTE norms.
PCE - Scholarship Eligibility
Eligibility for these scholarships extends to students graduating high school in the years 2024 and 2025. However, if a student is already receiving any kind of scholarship or financial aid from a Government, Semi Government or private organization, they will not be eligible for a Poornima Group Scholarship. Violation of this term may result in termination of the scholarship and recovery of the funds already granted.
PCE - Scholarship Categories and Benefits
The scholarships are divided into three categories, each with a different percentage reduction in tuition fee. The category a student falls into is determined by their performance in their 12th standard examinations. Below is a table illustrating the categories and respective benefits:

PCE - AICTE Scholarships
Additionally, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) offers two scholarships. The Pragati Scholarship is designed to uplift women in the field of Science and Technology, while the Saksham Scholarship is available for boys. These scholarships are separate from the ones offered by the Poornima Group and have their own eligibility criteria.
