SGC - Introduction to Scholarships
Shri Ram Group of Colleges (SRGOC) is a leading institution known for its commitment to providing diverse scholarship opportunities to deserving students. In 2021, the college has allocated scholarships worth approximately INR 1 Crore, sourced from both government and SRGOC funds, to acknowledge and reward meritorious students. These scholarships act as a catalyst in our mission to transform India into a global knowledge powerhouse by offering quality education to every deserving student. Among the scholarship opportunities available are Entry Level, Meritorious, Sports, Defense, and Single Parent / Covid-19 Financial Aid Scholarships.
SGC – Scholarships for B.Tech, AI & DSE, MBA, BBA, B.Com. Programs
The Merit Scholarships are offered to students based on their academic performance in 10+2 / graduation examinations. These scholarships are also available for subsequent years, based on the student's academic performance in the preceding year.

SGC – Sports Scholarship
Sports scholarships are provided to students who have participated or won medals in games recognized by various international and national federations. The continuation of the scholarship in the following years is subject to the academic performance of the respective candidate.
SGC – Defense Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to candidates whose parents are serving or have served in the Armed Forces (Army / Navy / Air-force), Para Military, State Police Force, or Home Guard. The scholarship amount is INR 5,000 per year.
SGC – Single Parent / Covid-19 Financial Aid
This scholarship is granted as financial aid (for the first year only) to candidates who either have a single parent or have lost a parent during the Covid-19 pandemic.
SGC – Scholarships at the Subsequent Level
SRGOC also provides Meritorious scholarships at the subsequent level for various programs based on the students' percentage/CGPA scored. The scholarship is awarded on an annual basis and is subject to the academic performance of the student.
Please note that these criteria are only eligibility to apply for the scholarship. Candidates fulfilling the eligibility are required to fill the SRGOC Scholarship Form. Absence of relevant and original mark sheets/certificates/documents will result in the disqualification of the admission and scholarship application. The final decision of granting the scholarship lies with the Admission Board of SRGOC. The scholarships are calculated only on tuition fees. Any student found involved in indiscipline or practicing unfair means may be debarred from availing the scholarship at any time without notice. A student fulfilling more than one eligibility criteria will be considered as per the higher preference mentioned in the scheme and will be eligible for only one scholarship. Under no circumstances can any student apply for more than one scholarship or any other financial aid from SRGOC.
