The Office of Student Placement and Skills Development works primarily towards providing an opportunity for their students to the world of employment/ entrepreneurship and to discover new career options for the enhancement of the larger good of self and the world
Placement Cell Process
All 3rd year undergraduate students and 2nd year post graduate students are eligible to apply to be a part of the placement process. All 2nd year UG and PG students are eligible to apply for the pre-placement process (training). Following are the steps to apply for placement services.
Step 1: register for the 30 hours skills development training in the college office and collect a receipt.
Step 2: download the placement application form
Step 3: submit the copy of the confirmation sheet to the placement officer.
Step 4: retain one copy for candidates.
Placement process
- HR of a company contacts colleges or placement officers contacts the company.
- Announcement is made of a placement Drive, JD, CTC is announced to students.
- Placement representative is contacted with details with regards to Date and Timing.
- Students are required to sign-up for the placement drive.
- Companies confirm the drive with infrastructure details.
- Students participate in the placement drive
- Short-listed candidates are announced
