B.Tech. in Marine Engineering
This is a full-fledged four-year degree program in B.Tech. Marine Engineering designed to help students attain the highest possible level of Marine engineering knowledge. In all, the estimated first-year fee for B.Tech. Marine Engineering including the said charges and other expenses will be approximately Rupees 6,22,775. Therefore, the total amount which is payable to TMI comes to Rs. 6,49,003 after including Rs. 6,228 which is a 1% DGS Cess and Rs. 20,000 which is a refundable caution deposit. Apart from that, the learners should also pay an amount of Rs. 40,000 towards the Indian Maritime University (IMU) hence making it a total of Rs.6,89,003 for first year.
B.Sc. in Nautical Science
The program of B.Sc. Nautical Science has been designed in such a way that it aims at a theoretical as well as practical approach for its future navigators or maritime officers. The course includes important subjects such as navigation, seamanship, stowage of cargo and principles of law applicable to the merchants, which helps in training the students for the various operational activities on board the ship.

Refund Policy
The refund policy of TMI is strict and the institute considers all the decisions as final. Students withdrawing from the course sessions after they have commenced do incur significant forfeitures which include the cost of uniforms and other items.
