TOMS College of Engineering Scholarships 2025:
Students who are admitted under the scholarship fee structure in either category A or B for at least one subject during the university's semester examinations or who fail to maintain a minimum of 7 SGPA/CGPA in the exam will initially slide to category C in all groups. If, however, these students are unable to maintain a minimum of 7 SGPA/CGPA in the exam in the following semester, they will further slide to Category D.
If a student accepted into Category C fails any one course or is unable to maintain a minimum SGPA/CGPA of 7 on the university exam during the semester in question, they will be moved down to Category D.
The student who dropped from category A/B to category C may return to category B, up to a maximum of three times, provided they achieve a 7 SGPA in the following semester and have not failed any papers. However, the scholarship would not be available to him/her if the CGPA is not being maintained at 7.
The student who dropped from Category C to Category D may return to Category C to the highest extent possible if they get a 7 SGPA in the next semester and do not have any failing grades in any papers. They will not be qualified for the scholarship if their CGPA is not at a 7.
The scholarship recipient is required to keep a minimum attendance record of 75% in each of the current semester's topics.
The recipient ought to act honorably and shouldn't have been a part of any disciplinary actions.
Scholarship Application Submission Process:
The scholarship application form must be filled out online and sent to the scholarship committee of the institute with all necessary supporting documents, such as income statements, recommendation letters, and academic transcripts.
Applicants who have already submitted an online scholarship application must bring the supporting documents listed above to the college office in hard copy, along with a formal signature.
After reviewing submissions, the scholarship committee will decide which ones to award based on the available funding and eligibility requirements. Selection of Eligible Students for Scholarships starts at the beginning of each academic year.
Scholarship Renewal and Conditions:
Each year, scholarships will be awarded again. It will depend on the student continuing to make satisfactory academic progress and abiding by the college's behavior policy.
As part of their scholarship requirements, recipients must take part in community service projects, mentoring programs, and college activities.

Category B: Students will get a tuition fee of INR 8000 each semester and a special fee of INR 10,000 per semester if they have achieved above 80% marks in (+2) (CBSE/State) OR a rank below 40000 in KEAM.
Category C: Students will receive a tuition fee of INR 9000 each semester and a special fee of INR 10000 per semester if they have achieved above 70% marks in (+2) (CBSE/State) OR a rank below 50,000 in KEAM.
