With 29 recruiters actively participating, the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT) in Pune, Maharashtra, has started its 2022 placement season. With the highest pay package provided at INR 9 LPA and the average package at INR 4.77 LPA, 64 students have so far secured employment.

259 firms participated in the 2021 placement drive. With an average wage package of INR 6.34 LPA, the highest salary package that year was INR 33.75 LPA. Students received a maximum pay of INR 75,000 per month for their summer internships in 2021, with an average stipend of INR 18,248.

Recruiters from major organizations that took part in the placement drives included Accenture, Infosys, Mercedes Benz, Mu Sigma Business Solutions, Tata Technologies Solutions, Thermax, Deloitte, and Cognizant.

Process of Registration for Students

1. The process of registration starts from the Second week of June Every Year For Final Year Students.
2. The placement facility is available to all passed pre final year students if registered with TPO for placements. Any Student not registered is not eligible for Placement opportunities.
3. Students, who do not want to participate in the Placement process, are required to submit a form declaring their intention of non-participation in the Placement process.
