Admission to XLRI’s PGDM program is mostly determined by XAT, which is followed by an in-person interview. For the PGDM-GM program, XLRI also accepts the GMAT and GRE. The 96% cut-off is expected by the XLRI. XLRI takes into account not just test results but also academic background, extracurricular activities, relevant professional experience, and performance in personal interviews. The XAT results are used to shortlist the candidates for the PGDM-HRM and PGDM (BM) programs. Several criteria determine the XAT cut-off percentages for admission to XLRI. The number of applicants taking the XAT that year, the complexity of the question paper, and the number of seats available are the three primary deciding variables.

XLRI Jharkhand Postgraduate Certificate Admissions 2025

Candidates for the Postgraduate program must have a three-year bachelor’s program from an NAAC-accredited university. Applicants who have earned a B.Tech from universities such as IITs and NITs are also qualified. The selection of students for the postgraduate certificate courses is done by online interaction of students with the XLRI academic members, previous academic record, work experience, and SOP (Statement of Purpose) or Declaration.

XLRI Jharkhand Fellow Programs Admissions

After reviewing the applications, the applicants’ call letters for interviews will be delivered based on the recommendations of the Fellow Program Committee representative and the relevant regions. The selection will be made based on the candidate’s performance in the examination and in-person interviews.

XLRI Jharkhand Admission Application Process

Students will have to take up the XAT online examination to be able to apply for the XLRI admission. There will be several components to the XAT online examination, the students must do as well as they can in every one of the examinations. Students from a variety of backgrounds are encouraged to apply as XLRI strives for academic success. When creating the final list, the candidates’ performance in the personal interviews along with their XAT results will be considered. The steps students have to follow for the applications at XLRI are:

Go to the website of XLRI.
Choose which XLRI programs (such as PGDM, PG Certificate Programs, FPM programs, etc.) you want to apply for.
Complete the application.
Make the application fee payment.
Make sure you include all necessary information and supporting documentation, such as a photo, signature, and academic credentials.
Take the GMAT/GRE or the Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT).
If you meet the cutoff, appear in the Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion (GD) rounds.
Once the admissions are offered, submit the tuition fees.
