DMRD Course Eligibility Criteria

DMRD Course Admission Process

Merit-Based

The application process is completely online. Students have to choose a preferred institute and register themselves on the link provided on the website. 

  • One has to fill the form and upload required documents such as mark-sheets, Id proofs, Caste/Migration/Transfer certificate, etc.
  • The candidate has to pay the application fee online.
  • The institute will verify the application and send a confirmation if shortlisted.

Entrance-Based

  • Once the results of the required entrance exam are declared, students can apply to colleges through the Central/State counseling process.
  • The official website of the Medical Council of India (MCI) will upload the link for the counseling where students have to register themselves.
  • Candidates will receive allotment letters for the colleges they desire to attend and have qualified for.

DMRD FAQs

Can only MBBS graduates enrol in DMRD?

DMRD is a PG diploma course. Some universities may consider a BSc graduate from a science background to apply for it. For instance, a BSc in Radiology. However, most of the universities prefer MBBS graduates.

Can I do DMRD without MBBS?

Candidates without an MBBS degree must qualify for NEET PG, AIIMS PG, or PGI to be considered for admission.
