AP PGLCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria: Candidates must have a 3-year or 5-year LLB Degree with at least 50% marks. Indian as well as International candidates are eligible to apply for the AP PGLCET 2025 Exam. The AP PGLCET 2025 Application Process is ongoing till May 04, 2025 with a late fee of INR 1000. Candidates can fill out the form on the official website. The last date to submit the form with a late fee of INR 10,000 is May 27, 2025. Before applying, candidates must ensure they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria. 

The Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Law Common Entrance Test (AP PGLCET) 2025 is being conducted by Sri Padmavati Mahila Visvavidyalayam, Tirupati, on behalf of APSCHE. It is held for admission to the two-year LLM course offered by various law colleges in Andhra Pradesh. The exam will be conducted online on June 5, 2025. AP PGLCET 2025 General Eligibility Criteria

To apply for AP PGLCET 2025, candidates must fulfill the basic eligibility requirements laid down by APSCHE. These include nationality, educational qualification, minimum marks, and local/non-local status. Only Indian nationals are generally eligible. However, foreign nationals can also apply subject to the admission rules of individual universities.

AP PGLCET 2025 Detailed Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must carefully read the detailed eligibility conditions before filling the AP PGLCET 2025 application form. Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold an LLB degree (3-year or 5-year course) from a recognized university. Those appearing for their final year LLB exams in 2025 are also eligible to apply. They must submit proof of qualification at the time of admission.

Candidates must have obtained at least:

  • 50% marks in LLB for General and OBC categories.
  • 45% marks in LLB for SC and ST categories.

Age Limit

There is no upper age limit to appear for AP PGLCET 2025. Candidates of all age groups can apply, provided they meet other eligibility criteria.

Nationality

Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply under the general category. Foreign nationals can also apply but must follow the admission norms of the participating universities.

Local/Non-local Status

Candidates applying as local candidates must meet the conditions mentioned in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions Order (1974). Candidates from Telangana who migrated to Andhra Pradesh between June 2, 2014 and June 2, 2019 will be considered local candidates for admission.
