The TS EAMCET 2025 counselling process is a step-by-step procedure that includes fee payment, document verification, registration, option entry, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted college. Here's a breakdown of each step in simple terms.

Step 1: Payment of Counselling Fee

• Visit the official TS EAMCET counselling website at tgeapcet.nic.in
• Click on “Processing Fee Payment”
• Enter Hall Ticket Number and Rank
• The counselling fee can be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking. The fee is INR 1,200 for General category candidates and INR 600 for SC/ST candidates
• Upon successful payment, you’ll receive an SMS confirmation with a reference number
• Select a preferred date for document verification

Step 2: Certificate Verification

• Visit the designated TS EAMCET Help Centre on the chosen date
• Submit original and photocopies of the required documents
• Receive a document verification receipt to proceed further

Step 3: Registration

• Click on “Candidate Registration”
• Enter:
  • Registration Number (received via SMS)
  • Hall Ticket Number
  • TS EAMCET 2025 Rank
  • Date of Birth
• Generate and set a secure password
• Click “Save Password” to complete the registration
• The candidate will see a “Registration Successful” message

Step 4: Option Entry (Web Options)

• Log in using Registration Number, Password, Hall Ticket Number, and DOB
• Enter the OTP sent to the registered mobile number
• Click on “Option Entry”
• Select:

  • Preferred Colleges & Courses in order of choice
• Save and lock web options for seat allotment

Step 5: Seat Allotment

• Log in to check seat allotment status
• Download Provisional Allotment Letter
• Seat allotment is based on:
  • TS EAMCET 2025 Rank
  • Category
  • Web options filled

Step 6: Reporting to the Allotted Institute

• Visit the allotted college within the specified dates
• Carry: a Provisional Allotment Letter and all required original documents
• Complete the admission process at the college
• Failing to report within the deadline will lead to the cancellation of admission

TS EAMCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission through TS EAMCET 2025:

• The candidate must be an Indian Citizen, a Person of Indian Origin (PIO), or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder.
• Residence requirement: The applicant should be a Telangana or Andhra Pradesh resident.
• The minimum age should be 17 years as on or before December 31, 2025.
• The maximum age limit is 22 years for General category candidates and 25 years for SC/ST candidates.
• The candidate must have passed Class 12 or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with Chemistry, Biology, or a related vocational subject.
• A minimum of 45% aggregate marks is required in the qualifying exam (40% for reserved category candidates).
