Step 1: Registration and Fee PaymentEligible candidates need to visit tgpolycet.nic.in and log in with their hall ticket number and rank. A counselling fee has to be paid online. After the payment is done, they can book a slot for certificate verification at a nearby Help Line Centre.

Step 2: Certificate VerificationOn the allotted date, candidates should visit the selected Help Line Centre with original documents and photocopies. Officials will check educational certificates, category proofs, and other required papers. After the verification is complete, a Login ID is sent to the registered mobile number for the next step.

Step 3: Web Options EntryUsing the Login ID, candidates can choose their preferred colleges and diploma courses. These options can be arranged in order of priority and changed before the last date. Selecting more options helps in getting a better chance at a preferred seat.

Step 4: Seat AllotmentSeats are allotted based on the candidate’s TS POLYCET rank, category, and availability in chosen colleges. After allotment, the Provisional Allotment Letter can be downloaded from the official website.

Step 5: Fee Payment and Self‑ReportingIf the candidate is satisfied with the allotted seat, the tuition fee (if applicable) should be paid online. Self‑reporting must also be done through the website. Candidates who want to try for an upgrade in the next round can still do so without losing their current seat, but self‑reporting is mandatory.
