Candidates need to apply and fill out the NEET PG Application Form 2025 online. The application form for NEET PG 2025 is available at nbe.edu.in and natboard.edu.in. Follow the steps below to fill out the NEET PG Application Form.
- Visit the official website of NBE at nbe.edu.in or natboard.edu.in.
- On the homepage, click on the “NEET PG 2025” link.
- Then, click the ‘Application Link’ option.
- Enter required details for fresh registration.
- Candidates can proceed to fill their application form using their allotted User ID and Password.
- In the application form, candidates need to enter personal and academic details.
- Next, pay the NEET PG Application Fee 2025 online.
- Click on the ‘submit’ option.

Candidates must submit the required documents during the NEET PG 2025 Registration. The documents must be submitted in their prescribed format and size. Failure to do so will result in rejection of the application form. The documents required for NEET PG 2025 Registration are as given below-

NEET PG Application Form Correction 2025 starts from May 09, 2025 to May 13, 2025. Candidates can edit or make changes in their application form from May 09, 2025 onwards. The changes will be allowed to some details in the application form. Candidates can only make changes within the given time period.
