NEET PG Application Process 2025: Document Uploading Criteria

MBBS degree/ provisional certificate

A self-attested scanned copy of the MBBS degree or provisional pass certificate issued by a recognized university. The file must be in PDF format, under 500 KB.

Medical Registration Certificate

Upload a valid Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by MCI/NMC or State Medical Council. The file should be in PDF format, under 500 KB.

Internship Completion Certificate

If available, upload a scanned copy of the internship completion certificate. Must show completion date on or before 31st July 2025. File format: PDF, max size: 500 KB.

Caste Certificate (if applicable)

Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC) must upload a self-attested scanned copy of a valid caste certificate. Format: PDF. Must be issued by competent authority.

PwD Certificate (if applicable)

PwD candidates must upload the disability certificate issued by a recognized medical board as per NMC guidelines. Format: PDF, properly scanned and self-attested.

FMGE Pass Certificate (for Foreign Graduates)

Foreign medical graduates must upload a self-attested PDF copy of their FMGE (Screening Test) Pass Certificate and valid MCI/NMC registration proof.
