Refund Policy at Amity Online

Amity University Online follows a structured refund process in accordance with UGC guidelines. Here's a simplified breakdown:

15+ days before course starts	Full semester fee and security deposit refunded (after deducting up to ₹5,000 processing fee)
Within 15 days before the course begins	90% of semester fee and full security deposit refunded
Within 15 days after the course begins	80% of semester fee and full security deposit refunded
Between 16–30 days after the course begins	50% of semester fee and full security deposit refunded
After 30 days from the course start date	No semester fee refunded; only security deposit is refunded (if applicable)

Points to be noted:

All withdrawal requests must be submitted through the Amizone student portal with the necessary documents.
Security deposits are refundable only after clearance of any outstanding dues, such as library charges or admin fees.
If a student is granted a full scholarship, the security deposit is forfeited upon withdrawal after registration.
No refund is provided for hostel or residential fees, if applicable.
This policy aligns with the University Grants Commission (UGC) guidelines for online degree programs.
