- Processing Time: Refunds for eligible cases may take a minimum of 45 working days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.
- Cancellation Form: Students must submit the official Cancellation Request Form, which is available on the university's website.
- EMI Payments: For students who have enrolled through EMI-based loan facilities offered by Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), adherence to the cancellation and foreclosure policies of the respective NBFCs is required. The university will process refunds directly to the NBFC, and students will be notified accordingly.
- Study Material Return: If study materials have been received, they must be returned to the university to complete the refund process.
- Submission Method: Only emailed requests for the cancellation form will be accepted for processing. Students should email the completed form to Andhra University.
