Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in any discipline from a recognised university with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved categories).

Master of Computer Applications (MCA)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 or graduation level, with at least 50% marks (45% for reserved).

Master of Commerce (M.Com.)

Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years) in Commerce or related disciplines from a recognised university with minimum qualifying marks.

Withdrawal & Fee Refund Policy – Sikkim Manipal University Online

At Manipal University Sikkim Online, we understand that circumstances may change after enrollment. To address such situations fairly, SMU Online has established a transparent refund policy for students who wish to withdraw from their program.

 

Procedure for Withdrawal

To initiate the withdrawal process, the student must submit a written application clearly stating the reasons for withdrawal. Once reviewed and approved by the university, the eligible refund amount will be processed and credited to the original mode of payment (bank account or credit card) used during the transaction.

Note: The application fee is non-refundable across all cases. A standard processing charge will be deducted from all eligible refunds.

 

Refund on Rejected Applications

If an application is rejected due to non-fulfillment of eligibility criteria or other reasons, SMU Online will refund the program fee within 30 days from the date of rejection. A processing fee will be deducted, and the refund will be transferred to the original payment source.
