P and S Explanation: According to Article 66 of the Indian Constitution, the Vice-President of India is elected by an electoral college consisting exclusively of the members of both Houses of Parliament, which includes all members of the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. State Legislative Assemblies and State Legislative Councils have absolutely no role in the Vice-Presidential election, unlike the Presidential election, meaning that choices containing those state officials are legally incorrect.
