The Future of Farm-to-Table Hospitality

In an era where sustainable agriculture is more critical than ever, this collaboration redefines the "Farm to Guest" experience. Under the new agreement, Goenka Fresh will supply premium, pesticide-free produce to prominent properties like Roseate House in Aerocity and The Roseate New Delhi two to three times a week. Furthermore, this eco-conscious initiative is set to expand to Roseate’s upcoming luxury hotel at Jewar Airport once the property becomes operational.

The diverse range of hydroponically grown vegetables curated for Roseate’s elite culinary offerings includes nutrient-rich tomatoes, baby cucumbers, peppers, leafy greens, herbs, zucchini, and butternut pumpkin. By cultivating these seasonal crops in a highly controlled farming environment, Goenka Fresh guarantees peak freshness while significantly reducing natural resource consumption.

Where Sustainable Agriculture Meets Culinary Excellence

Hydroponic farming in India is rapidly gaining traction as an innovative, sustainable alternative to traditional agriculture. Goenka Fresh utilizes advanced drip irrigation technology in its state-of-the-art facilities to optimize water usage, completely eliminating the need for harmful pesticides. This controlled process allows for nutrient-rich cultivation that prioritizes both human health and the environment.

Nipun Goenka, Managing Director of the GD Goenka Group, highlighted the natural synergy of this partnership, noting that it meaningfully connects professional hospitality, experiential education, and sustainable cultivation. He emphasized the organization's pride in seeing fresh produce move directly from their farms to Roseate kitchens, forging a direct farm-to-guest connection.

Similarly, Kush Kapoor, CEO of Roseate Hotels & Resorts, remarked that the collaboration is a vital step in reinforcing the hospitality brand's commitment to responsible sourcing, superior quality, and absolute freshness. He noted that supporting locally grown, sustainable produce elevates the culinary experience for guests while promoting long-term environmental stewardship.

Cultivating a Greener, Transparent Guest Experience

This five-year collaboration extends far beyond a standard ingredient supply chain. As the partnership evolves, both organizations plan to launch interactive "Farm to Guest" initiatives. These will include curated farm visits, digital storytelling, and immersive guest engagement programs designed to transparently showcase the journey of the fresh produce from the farm straight to the dining plate.

This progressive move builds on the strong foundational relationship between the two entities, which was previously established through joint hospitality training programs at Le Cordon Bleu at GD Goenka University. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge culinary practices and sustainable food systems, Goenka Fresh and Roseate Hotels & Resorts are setting a powerful new standard for eco-conscious luxury in the global hospitality sector.
