Konfidant: The Flagship Corporate Mentoring Program of KSOM was held on 17 January 2026

Konfidant is a program aimed at providing the MBA students with an opportunity for mentoring from experienced corporate professionals during their academic journey at KIIT School of Management (KSOM). The program was held on 17 January 2026. Through this program, students are connected with corporate dignitaries who take over as mentors to a small group of 10 students assigned to them as mentees.

The event involved one-on-one and small-group discussions between the guests and the students on resume building, career augmentation and preparation. Students interacted closely with the mentors and received practical inputs related to career readiness and industry requirements.

A total of 17 corporate professionals from leading organizations such as Bosch India, PwC, Deloitte US India Consulting, Berger Paints, Accenture and others participated as mentors. The mentors for this edition included:

Konfidant is a unique initiative of KIIT School of Management that focuses on knowledge sharing, career guidance and professional networking. The half-day program marked the beginning of a long-term mentoring relationship between students and corporate mentors.

The program is led by Prof. Mohar Banerjee Biswas, Chairperson of Konfidant, with support from the KSOM leadership team, including Dr. Kumar Mohanty, Director, KSOM, and Dr. Arvind Tripathy, Dean of MBA, KSOM. The initiative reflects KSOM’s continued emphasis on strengthening industry-academia collaboration and preparing students for professional roles.
