The Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE), Hyderabad, inaugurated its two-day National Management Fest, SANSKRITI 2K26, on 29 and 30 January 2026 at its Shamirpet Campus. The fest saw participation from management institutions across India.
The inaugural session was attended by Shri B Sanil Kumar, Regional General Manager, Bank of Baroda, as the Guest of Honour. He shared memories from his student life and spoke about the importance of passion, empathy, and perseverance in professional growth. He encouraged students to stay focused on their goals and officially declared SANSKRITI 2K26 open.
Prof. S. Sreenivasa Murthy, Director, IPE Hyderabad, welcomed the gathering. He explained that SANSKRITI is a student-led initiative that helps students gain practical learning experience and leadership skills. Prof. V. Srikanth, Dean-Academics, spoke about IPE Hyderabad’s academic journey and encouraged students to maintain healthy competition. Prof. Ch. Lakshmi Kumari, Dean-Research, shared details about the variety of management events planned for the fest, followed by the word of appreciation by Dr Rajkumar Pillay, Coordinator-Student Affairs.
Student representatives Ms Tanusha Somisetty, Ms Abhiseka Dash, and Mr Varun Kodangal also spoke about the planning and execution of the event. The fest included nine competitive events, including Shastra, Agragami, Nivesh, Shabdsagar, Kurukshetra, Ranbhoomi, Ikshit, Tarang, Hipe and Indradhanush. It also featured cultural, photography and informal events. The first day focused on management competitions, while the second day featured cultural performances including music, dance, and fashion shows.
Around 1,500 students from management institutions across the country participated in SANSKRITI 2K26. The event at IPE Hyderabad was supported by sponsors like NMDC, Bank of Baroda, SBI, HDFC Bank, Nooty Law Office, Sri Durga Travels, GSR Hospitality Services, Kuhoo, Praneet Industries and The Hindu.
