NEET 2025 Customary Dress Code

Candidates who want to wear a customary dress, such as a burqa, hijab, or turban, are advised to report to the examination hall at least 2 hours before the examination, i.e., 12 PM. This will ensure a smooth security check. According to the Delhi High Court order, Sikh NEET aspirants can carry religious items like Kangha, Kara, and Kirpan with them. The authorities will consider these times under the customary dress code.

During the NEET 2025 Application Process, students will be asked whether they want to wear customary dress. This option is in contradiction to the strict NEET 2025 dress code. Candidates who wish to wear the customary dress for their religion should indicate the same. Before entering the examination hall, all the students are checked with metal detectors. Hence, it is suggested that students who wear customary dress report to the examination hall before the reporting time. This will help the authorities to conduct a smooth checking process, ensuring no inconvenience.
