NIIT University (NU) has opened applications for its undergraduate admissions 2026. Applicants with a valid JEE Main 2026 score can apply directly to NIIT University admissions. They are exempted from appearing for the NIIT University Aptitude Test (NUAT). These candidates will take part in a faculty interaction as part of the selection process. Based on JEE scores, eligible students may receive merit-based scholarships up to 100%.
Admissions are open for BTech and BBA programmes after Class 12. These include BTech Cyber Security, BTech Computer Science and Engineering, BTech Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, BTech Electronics and Communication Engineering, BTech Biotechnology, and BTech Robotics and Automation. Management programmes include a 3-year BBA, BBA in Artificial Intelligence, BBA in Business Analytics, and a 5-year Dual Degree Integrated Masters in Business Administration (iMBA).
Prof. Prakash Gopalan, President, NIIT University, stated that its admission process focuses on evaluating a student’s aptitude, motivation, and readiness to learn. Faculty-led interactions are used to help students understand programme requirements and align academic choices with career goals.
In the latest NIIT University placements, the graduating batch recorded 100% placements. The university works with over 830 industry partners. Role fitment was reported at 93% for BTech students and 89% for management courses. Students received offers from companies such as GoDaddy, AllState, Policybazaar, Thomson Reuters, Thoucentric, Irdeto, DSCI, Astra Security, GE Appliances, BigBasket, Edelweiss, Mercer|Mettl, S&P Global and Zebra Technologies.
