Parul University Vadodara celebrated the 77th Republic Day on its campus with patriotic activities. The event marked the adoption of the Indian Constitution and highlighted the values of democracy.
The celebration began with the hoisting of the National Flag at the PU Circle, followed by the National Anthem. University leaders, faculty members, students, and staff were present during the ceremony.
Lt. General Shokin Chauhan (Retd.) attended the event as the Chief Guest. In his address, he spoke about the importance of constitutional values, discipline and national responsibility. He also encouraged students to serve the nation with honesty and dedication.
A march past by NCC cadets was one of the main highlights of the event. The program also included cultural performances like patriotic songs, dances and thematic presentations. Through these performances, students showcased India’s cultural diversity and shared messages of unity, service and social harmony.
Further, Dr Devanshu Patel, President of Parul University, addressed the gathering and spoke about the role of education in shaping responsible citizens who contribute positively to society. The 77th Republic Day celebration at Parul University Vadodara concluded with a collective message of unity and commitment towards building a stronger and more inclusive India.
