Parul University organised Udyam 2026 at its Vadodara campus, bringing together industry leaders and students for discussions on leadership, entrepreneurship, fintech, infrastructure, and the future of work. The event aimed to create a platform for connecting academic learning with real-world industry insights.
The fest featured distinguished speakers, including senior leaders from global organisations who shared insights on leadership in the AI era, digital transformation, compliance culture, financial markets, and infrastructure innovation.
Udyam 2026 Highlights
During the sessions, P. V. Ramana Murthy, Resident Director & Adjunct Professor, Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, spoke about leadership through humility, adapting to AI, and managing talent. Several other industry leaders, including Mukesh Jain, Vijay Thakral, Sunil Ramakhiani, Neeraj Agrawal, and T. V. Rao, shared insights on business growth, digital transformation, upskilling, financial systems, infrastructure, and the importance of trust and emotional intelligence in organisations.
The event also included the “BBA Bazaar,” where students set up and managed business stalls. This activity allowed them to apply concepts like pricing, branding, and customer engagement while gaining practical experience in running business models.
